Your Role - Dubai Hills
  • Lead, motivate, and grow your own specialised sales team for the Dubai Hills Estate market.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach new and experienced agents to achieve peak performance.
  • Drive team sales targets, set strategies, and monitor KPIs.
  • Act as the go-to expert on Dubai Hills, building deep knowledge of its sub-communities, property trends, and clientele.
  • Continue to transact personally as an agent, earning commissions on your own deals while also benefiting from team overrides.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and developers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions confidently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in Dubai real estate, ideally with Dubai Hills or villa/apartment community experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record in mentoring or managing agents.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Compensation

Base Salary + Team Override + Personal Commission Split
