Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager – ELV (Project Sales) to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of proven experience in ELV, security, and building technology systems, with deep expertise in project sales, client management, and business development.
This role requires strong technical understanding of ELV systems, excellent industry networks, and the ability to secure high-value projects through consultative selling and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Public Address, BMS, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and win project sales opportunities with developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
- Manage the full sales cycle—including lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers across the construction and real estate sectors.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of successful project sales experience in ELV, security, or building technology systems in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, SMATV, IPTV, BMS, Intercom, etc.).
- Well-established professional network within the UAE construction, MEP, and consultancy sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred).
