Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting European leisure, MICE, and premium group markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners across Europe

Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and roadshows in key cities to promote the hotel brand

Represent voco Hotels at major international trade shows and luxury travel fairs including ITB Berlin and WTM London

Collaborate with marketing teams to create regional campaigns and tailored promotional materials

Coordinate with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure competitive pricing and optimized availability for European markets

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market penetration and revenue share

Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review

Maintain accurate client data and records through CRM tools and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
