As an Sales Manager – Growth, you will be responsible for driving franchise expansion and ensuring business growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and onboard prospective franchise partners in your territory.
- Manage relationships with existing preschool partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
- Monitor competition and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Female candidates preferred.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 0 to 6 months in preschool, education, retail, or franchise business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city preferably with own 2-wheeler
