Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing revenue, and managing key accounts within the manpower labour supply sector. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling manpower/labour outsourcing services, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the labour supply industry.
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Pitch manpower supply services to clients in industries such as construction, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, facility management, hospitality, etc.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service conditions with clients.
Client Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client manpower needs and coordinate with operations teams for timely deployment of workers.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure service delivery excellence.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to remain competitive.
- Identify new business opportunities, sectors, and partnerships.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment/operations teams for workforce availability and planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in sales within manpower/labour supply industry (mandatory).
- Strong client network and knowledge of local labour market and regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
- Valid driving license (required for most regions).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supplying manpower for large-scale projects and major industry sectors.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic, Urdu) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
