Job Title: Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development (IT Infrastructure)

We are a system integrator in UAE specially for ICT infrastructure Authorized partner with Global Vendors in the industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of selling complex IT Infrastructure solutions across Enterprise, SME, and corporate segments. You will be responsible for leveraging your existing customer portfolio and deep industry knowledge to secure new projects and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the IT Infrastructure portfolio.
  • Drive business growth within the Enterprise, SME, and corporate business segments.
  • Leverage your strong existing end-customer portfolio to identify, qualify, and close new project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Possess a deep understanding of and effectively present our solutions in:
    • Networking & Security Infrastructure
    • Server, Storage, and Data Center Solutions
    • ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Systems
    • Cloud Services and Migration
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and marketing teams to create compelling, customized solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven sales and business development experience within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrable experience and success in the Information Technology Infrastructure domain.
  • A strong, existing portfolio of end-customer relationships in the UAE, with a proven ability to generate projects.
  • Deep technical knowledge and sales experience in:
    • Networking & Security
    • Server & Storage
    • ELV (e.g., Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control)
    • Cloud Solutions
  • A documented history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
