Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a global leader in manufacturing, driving innovation across the chemical and polyurethane sector. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and manage key clients across Dubai and African markets.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to expand the polyurethane product line.
  • Develop strong pipelines by identifying and securing new clients across Africa.
  • Maintain trusted partnerships with existing customers while unlocking new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor moves to guide decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and service excellence.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and business intelligence for leadership decisions.
  • Travel across regions to strengthen client relationships and grow market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in polyurethane sales or chemical trading.
  • Hands on experience managing African market operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of industrial and specialty chemicals.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Self driven, target oriented, and ready to lead with energy and ownership.
