Job Description
ArabZone Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring a team of agents, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote real estate projects effectively.
- Organize property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold company standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation abilities, and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
