Job Description

Royal District Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate brokerage market, specifically within Sharjah, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Oversee sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between agents and management.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence in Sharjah.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for sales agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Handle key clients, negotiations, and major property transactions when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales performance analytics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
