Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Property Listings: Manage property listings, including creating detailed property descriptions, taking professional photos, and ensuring listings are up-to-date.
- Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing potential buyers with comprehensive information about the property and neighborhood.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for both parties.
- Sales Transactions: Facilitate the entire sales transaction process, from initial offer to closing, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, tracking progress and performance against targets.
