Skills, Qualifications and Expectations:

  • BE Mechanical/Electrical/E&TC with 5-8 years’ experience in spare parts sales
  • This role requires regular travel (up to 15-20 days per month) to customer plants for

sales discussions, technical presentations, and relationship management (for Spare

parts, AMC and Health Check-up).

  • Strong knowledge of spare parts and after-sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support

o Handle and understand customer inquiries related to spare parts.

o Provide technical assistance and recommend suitable parts.

o Ensure quick resolution of spare parts related issues.

  • Sales & Business Development

o Develop strategies to increase spare parts sales to achieve annual sales

targets.

o Understand quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.

o Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

o Promotion AMC and health check-up of MVR

o Inventory analysis and recommendation based on past spares sales data.

  • Process & Compliance

o Implement and follow SOPs for spare parts handling.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

o Prepare regular reports on sales, and performance.

  • Team Coordination

o Collaborate with service teams for smooth after-sales operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
