Sales Manager – Talent Academy (Kerala PSC Coaching Center)
Location: Kerala Experience: 5+ years in B2C Sales
Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive admissions, lead field sales activities, and manage a high-performing team for Talent Academy, a leading Kerala PSC coaching institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly individual & team enrollment targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, school/college outreach, events, and market activations.
- Convert leads through counselling (walk-in, telephonic & online).
- Build partnerships with schools, tuition centers & institutions.
- Lead, train & monitor the sales team to meet performance standards.
- Maintain CRM records and share daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in B2C sales (education preferred).
- Strong field sales and lead generation skills.
- Proven target achievement record (individual + team).
- Excellent communication, counselling & negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build institutional relationships and close deals.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting.
