We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in the private schools industry and the drive to introduce and sell innovative solutions to early adopters, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts for the Tuition Management System in Riyadh.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers in private schools to showcase the value of our product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, finance teams, and key stakeholders.
- Present tailored product demos and explain technical features to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
- Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction.
- Gather market feedback and communicate insights to help improve the product.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the private school sector in Riyadh or the broader KSA market.
- Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of private schools.
- Ability to identify and convert early adopters and navigate the sales cycle in a new market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- **Fluent in Arabic** and English (written and spoken) – *Arabic is a must*.
