Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in
field visits, client handling, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate must be
proactive, target-driven, and skilled in managing on-ground sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, distributors, and partners.

 Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
 Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 Provide sales presentations, demos, and negotiate deals.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
 Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
 Train and guide field sales executives (if applicable).
 Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics.
 Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
 Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
 Two-wheeler with license preferred (if applicable).
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
