Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in
field visits, client handling, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate must be
proactive, target-driven, and skilled in managing on-ground sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide sales presentations, demos, and negotiate deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Train and guide field sales executives (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
Two-wheeler with license preferred (if applicable).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
