Pectuslab designs and manufactures innovative, non-surgical treatment solutions for chest wall deformities such as pectus carinatum and pectus excavatum. Our products are used in more than 20 countries, and we are rapidly expanding our global presence.

About the Role

This position will work directly with our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and support daily operations across digital marketing, content creation, and international sales.

It is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates , candidates with internship experience , or individuals with 1–2 years of corporate exposure who want to develop a versatile skill set in a dynamic, innovation-driven company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-mail marketing)
• Supporting the management and growth of Pectuslab’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Contributing to the preparation of bilingual (TR/EN) content — including brochures, web pages, case stories, and educational materials
• Collaborating with clinical and design teams to help produce visuals, graphics, animations, and presentations
• Providing operational support for PR, brand partnerships, congresses, and medical events
• Monitoring analytics and assisting in data-driven performance improvements
• Supporting international sales efforts with localized marketing content

Who You Are

• Recent graduate, or someone with internship experience or up to 1–2 years of corporate experience
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and verbal)
• Interested in marketing, communications, medical technologies, health & wellness, or related fields
• Familiar with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma) and content creation
• Organized, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with both structure and creative freedom
• Preferably living near Kadıköy or able to commute easily to the Kadıköy area
