Job Title: Sales & Manager Executive - (Beauty/ Personal Care )

Location: Karachi

Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies for skin care/personal care brands.

- Plan and manage BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, in-store promotions, and POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).

- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance brand visibility and sales.

- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven reports.

Requirements:

- BBA/MBA (Marketing Preferred).

2+ years of FMCG marketing experience (Skin Care/Personal Care mandatory).

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

- Experience with trade marketing, retailer engagement, and brand activations.
