We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive revenue growth through strategic sales, digital marketing, OTA management, and innovative revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Actively prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, wedding organizers, and MICE segments.
- Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and FAM trips.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, corporate rate agreements, and group bookings.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for rooms, banquets, and F&B.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and sales action plans.
Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage the hotel’s website content, SEO, and performance.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, reels, stories, posts).
- Manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast strategies.
- Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and influencer/celebrity collaborations.
- Design marketing collaterals (brochures, festive offers, seasonal packages).
OTA & Channel Management
- Day-to-day management of all OTA extranets (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
- Optimize room rates, inventory, promotions, and content (photos, descriptions, reviews).
- Monitor OTA performance, rankings, review scores, and competitor pricing.
- Implement rate parity and best-price strategies across channels.
- Handle rate loading, special offers, and flash sales on OTAs.
Revenue Management & Strategy
- Assist in dynamic pricing and yield management based on demand, seasonality, and market trends.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with the Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams for seamless execution of bookings and events.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, travel agents, and corporates.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Analyze data from PMS, channel manager, and Google Analytics to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop and promote attractive packages (honeymoon, weekend getaways, wellness retreats, corporate off-sites, etc.).
- Track and improve Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and Occupancy %.
- Prepare competitive set analysis and market intelligence reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing (boutique / 4-5 star property preferred).
- Proven experience in managing OTAs and channel managers (STAHH, RateGain, AxisRooms, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with revenue management tools/concepts.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Existing network of corporate clients or travel agents is a big plus.
