The Sales & Marketing Engineer will be responsible for developing business opportunities, promoting specialized marine and oil & gas products/services, and handling technical–commercial activities for clients across the UAE. The role requires strong industry knowledge, technical understanding, and the ability to engage effectively with clients such as shipyards, offshore companies, EPC contractors, and marine service providers.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors.
- Conduct visits to shipyards, ports, offshore operators, oilfield service companies, and marine engineering firms.
- Handle enquiries, RFQs, tenders, and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, project engineers, marine superintendents, and technical managers.
- Provide timely follow-up, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of enquiries, projects, and follow-ups.
3. Technical Support & Coordination
- Understand client technical requirements for marine equipment, offshore systems, oil & gas components, or related services.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, principals, and internal engineering teams to ensure accurate solutions.
- Support site visits, inspections, and product demonstrations when required.
4. Marketing & Product Promotion
- Promote company products/services through presentations, technical seminars, and client meetings.
- Support participation in marine and oil & gas exhibitions (ADNEC, ADIPEC, Dubai Maritime Week, etc.).
- Prepare marketing materials and assist with digital promotion campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research on upcoming projects.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance departments for order processing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the marine or oil & gas industry (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of marine systems, offshore equipment, oilfield products, or engineering services.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
