Job Overview:
We are balloon Nursery a well-established nursery in Sharjah, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and creative learning environment for children. To further expand our reach and build strong community engagement, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase nursery admissions.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with schools, community centers, and corporates.
• Plan and organise promotional events, school fairs, and marketing activities in malls and other public venues.
• Handle digital marketing activities (social media, Google Ads, etc.) to enhance online visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, partners, and vendors.
• Prepare monthly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in the education or nursery sector).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Marketing or Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
