Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in interior decor sales or real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, site visits, and local networking.
• Conduct property site visits and interior project consultations with clients.
• Prepare and present customized proposals for brokerage and interior projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for leads, deals, and revenue generation.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide daily activity reports.
• Assist in local marketing activities including flyer distribution and social media engagement.

Monthly Targets:

• Generate 30-70+ qualified leads per month.
• Close 2-6+ brokerage deals per month.
• Secure 1-3+ interior decoration projects per month.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets ranging from ₹1.5 lakhs to ₹5+ lakhs.

Compensation & Incentive Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 per month (no PF deductions, higher take-home).
• Incentive on Qualified Leads: ₹400 - ₹800 per lead based on performance tier.
• Incentive on Brokerage Deals: 9% - 13% of commission earned.
• Incentive on Interior Projects: 5% - 7% of project value.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 for achieving/exceeding targets.
• Quarterly and Annual Bonuses for top performers.
• Total monthly earning potential: ₹52,000 - ₹1,50,000+.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior decor sales or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of Belgharia and nearby local real estate markets.
• Own two-wheeler for client visits (preferred).
• Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
