• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (retailers, salons, beauty clinics, make-up academies).
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Provide product training and support to store sales staff to improve conversion.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage visual merchandising and ensure brand guidelines are followed in stores
