Sales & Marketing Intern - College Outreach Specialist (BBA/BCom/MBA Freshers)

Overview

Are you a highly motivated BBA, BCom, or MBA student/fresher with a passion for sales, marketing, and the education sector? Do you thrive on making connections and delivering impactful presentations?

Join us as a Sales & Marketing Intern focused on college outreach. You will be the face of our institute, responsible for establishing partnerships with educational institutions and promoting our cutting-edge CAD, Engineering Design (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), and Interior Designing courses to students. This internship offers hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and a clear pathway to a full-time role!

Key Responsibilities

As a College Outreach Specialist, you will:

  • College/Institution Visits: Strategically identify and visit local colleges, polytechnics, and universities to build relationships with placement officers, department heads, and faculty.
  • Presentation & Workshop Delivery: Organise engaging and professional presentations, workshops, and career counseling sessions for student groups on the importance of industry-relevant skills (CAD, Design Software, etc.).
  • Collaboration Proposal: Develop and present formal proposals for institutional collaboration, including co-branded training programs, placement assistance tie-ups, and student skill development workshops.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify student leads from workshop attendees and campus events.
  • Market Research: Gather feedback and intelligence on current college curriculum gaps and training needs to help refine our course offerings.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of institutional visits, student engagement, and partnership pipeline status.
