Sales & Marketing Executive

ViTrack Solutions LLP is an innovative company providing RTLS Solutions to enterprise customers. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to expand our digital footprint, manage our presence at industry events, and drive strategic outreach to build our network.

Location: Vadodara | 0-2 years of Experience | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Campaigns:

• Manage email marketing campaigns (Brevo/Apollo/Mailchimp/similar) to nurture the leads collected from outreach and expos.
• Collaborate with external marketing agency for website content & Social media. Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies.

Strategic LinkedIn Outreach:

• Execute "Cold Outreach" campaigns focused on relationship building rather than hard selling.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries to introduce ViTrack and invite them to view our content or visit our expo booths.

Event & Expo Management:

• Represent ViTrack at the booth, engaging with attendees to explain our solution and scanning/collecting potential leads for the database.

What we are looking for?

Experience: 0-2 years in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Creation
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing , Mass Communication or relevant field

Event Ready: Willing to travel to occasional trade shows and comfortable standing at a booth to speak with passersby.

Communication: Excellent verbal skills for demos and networking; strong writing skills for emails and blogs.
