Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive with strong communication skills and a good understanding of computer systems and software tools. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present and promote company products/services to existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up with leads to close deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to suggest improvement strategies.
• Maintain reports of daily sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computer software, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in IT/software or ERP sales will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
