Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Proactively identify potential customers, qualify leads, and initiate contact to schedule meetings and presentations.

2. Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with existing clients to understand their challenges, objectives, and requirements.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and tailor presentations to demonstrate how our products and services can address specific customer needs and deliver tangible benefits.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Establish trust and credibility by demonstrating industry expertise, understanding of security challenges, and commitment to delivering value-added solutions.

4. Proposal Development:

  • Support proposal development and presentations in collaboration with internal teams to address customer requirements and showcase the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions.

5. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, including accurate
  • forecasting, tracking of sales activities, and timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain comprehensive records of customer
  • interactions, opportunities, and sales performance metrics.

6. Market Intelligence and Feedback:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities,

and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

Provide input to product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics

based on market intelligence and customer insights.

7. Customer Success and Retention:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and

beyond.

  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams, and facilitate

ongoing communication to address customer needs, resolve issues, and drive

customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the homeland security,

technology, or similar sectors.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • A good understanding of security challenges and technology solutions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
