As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the field of power generation & transmission industries, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services related to electrical equipment, systems, and solutions. You will work closely with clients in various sectors including power generation & transmission, as well as process industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors. Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.

Product Promotion: Develop marketing materials, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products and services. Organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to educate clients and generate leads.

Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue new business prospects. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.

Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of power generation & transmission industries. Provide technical expertise and advice to clients to help them make informed decisions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal staff including engineering, project management, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other sales and marketing team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for collective success.

Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments and geographic regions for business expansion. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management. Forecast sales projections and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Solicit feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
