Sales & Marketing Executive with Site Supervision

We are looking for a young professional who is energetic and preferably with good communication and digital skills that can help the company with sales and marketing of an ongoing construction of stand alone apartments in L.B. Nagar along with site supervision on daily basis. Civil engineers who are good with sales are preferred too.

Job Duties include:

Approach Different ways of generating ads through digital marketing or word of mouth and get customers to buy the apartment.

Main goal would be to help with marketing and sales

Supervision of Materials and Labour everyday

Quality Check of Construction everyday

Coordinate with Builder and provide instructions to labourers when necessary

Work timings : 10am - 6pm ( Tuesday to Sunday)

Incentives: If a sale is completed via your reference or your advertisement, we offer you 1% of the total cost paid for each apartment sold.

This job is on contract basis until the project is completed, you will be offered 12000-15000rs per month based on your experience/qualifications along with 1% commission for every flat sold via your reference or Advertisement.
