We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Staff member to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and enhancing brand presence across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate deals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Support branding initiatives and maintain company visibility across platforms.
- Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics.
- Work with the design and product teams to develop attractive marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
