Sales & Marketing (FEMALE)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Staff member to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and enhancing brand presence across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate deals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Support branding initiatives and maintain company visibility across platforms.
• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics.
• Work with the design and product teams to develop attractive marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
