Job Summary

Risa Farm House (a project of Risala Group) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its sales and marketing operations across group projects, including housing and high-rise developments.

The ideal candidate will supervise the sales team, develop strategic marketing plans, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative ideas, corporate networking, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Sales Management

  • Supervise and guide the Sales & Marketing Executives in daily operations and target achievement.
  • Assign, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect, review, and analyze team sales reports and performance summaries.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales performance.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maintain a strong sales conversion ratio.

2. Client & Corporate Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value and corporate clients.
  • Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and participate in site visits with potential investors and buyers.
  • Plan and lead client engagement activities to increase customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Represent the company at property expos, seminars, and networking events.

3. Marketing & Business Development

  • Collaborate with the digital media team to create ads, video content, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to drive project awareness.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and design teams for effective campaign execution.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Recommend strategic actions based on sales data and market research.
  • Work closely with top management to set revenue goals and align business plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (both horizontal and vertical real estate projects).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing coordination.
  • Must possess strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
