A well-known fashion designing company located in DHA, Karachi is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its sales growth and brand development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage retail and online sales operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, brand collaborations, and fashion events.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure exceptional performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
