Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Manage brand promotion, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media presence and content performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Manager (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
