Sales & Marketing Specialist

In doing so we are looking to bring on a Sales & Marketing Specialist that will accelerate in generating new business sales opportunities, and drive measurable advancement.

Our Dallas–Fort Worth team blends sales, marketing, and business development expertise to deliver impactful results for local businesses optimizing their telecom efficiency, visibility, and day-to-day performance. In this Sales & Marketing Specialist role, you will work at the intersection of sales and marketing, sharpening your ability to build brand presence while meeting with local business owners to help them identify the right services.

Sales & Marketing Specialist Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners to present them with telecommunication services that could advance their operations
• Present customized sales solutions to customers by explaining the features and benefits of our products
• Manage and nurture customer accounts with care and efficiency
• Develop a deep understanding of customers needs to process any sales orders they are requesting
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase awareness of services
• Track sales performance, follow up on open opportunities, and meet weekly goals
• Participate in professional development meetings
• Support the team with business development strategies, planning, and client engagement

Sales & Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a sales related role, marketing, customer service or related job experience
• Communication skills to build professional relationships
• Interest in sales, customer service and business strategies
• Team oriented with eagerness to learn new roles and responsibilities
• Professionalism, reliability, and a drive to develop in career
• Time management and detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
