About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to expand our Facility Management Services in Karachi. This outdoor sales role involves client visits, business development, and building strong relationships to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for facility management contracts.
  • Conduct site visits and negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and upselling.
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized services as needed.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in facility management or related services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Karachi corporate, industrial & banking sector – Mandatory
  • Motorbike & valid driving license – Mandatory
  • Smartphone – Mandatory (for reporting & communication)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm
