Job Title: "OutReach Sales Officer"
(China-Pakistan Door to Door Freight, Logistics & Sourcing)

Salary: PKR 40,000 - 55,000 + Commission

Job Brief
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our door-to-door freight and sourcing services between China and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the logistics and shipping industry, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a tenacious approach to achieving sales targets. A proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including wholesalers, traders, distributors, and retailers, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities within the import/export sector, with a specific focus on wholesalers, traders, distributors, and retailers operating on the China-Pakistan trade lane.
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach strategies, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their specific logistics and sourcing needs.
  • Present our comprehensive sea freight, shipping, and sourcing door to door solutions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to provide customized solutions that address their supply chain challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client demands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with B2B importers, wholesalers, traders, distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, persistent, and determined in achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional relevant languages is beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
