Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue objectives across assigned retail banking products.
  • Focus on New-to-Bank customer acquisition while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct detailed field visits and prepare comprehensive customer analyses and reports.
  • Leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Maintain accurate and timely Daily Sales Reports for management review.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience during onboarding and throughout the relationship cycle.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services transparently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Uphold FAB s customer-first values by maintaining service excellence at every interaction.

Compliance and Risk Control

  • Ensure strict adherence to FAB s KYC, compliance, and operational procedures.
  • Follow prescribed sales and audit processes to maintain satisfactory risk and governance ratings.
  • Participate in fraud control, documentation verification, and client application reviews to safeguard bank interests.
  • Identify and escalate potential risk areas promptly to management.

Learning and Development

  • Actively participate in FAB s training and professional development programs to enhance product and sales expertise.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and new banking technologies.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Take ownership of personal growth and skill advancement through continuous learning.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal departments credit, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain clear communication with team leaders and managers to align goals and resolve challenges.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
