- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue objectives across assigned retail banking products.
- Focus on New-to-Bank customer acquisition while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Conduct detailed field visits and prepare comprehensive customer analyses and reports.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
- Maintain accurate and timely Daily Sales Reports for management review.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer experience during onboarding and throughout the relationship cycle.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services transparently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Uphold FAB s customer-first values by maintaining service excellence at every interaction.
Compliance and Risk Control
- Ensure strict adherence to FAB s KYC, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Follow prescribed sales and audit processes to maintain satisfactory risk and governance ratings.
- Participate in fraud control, documentation verification, and client application reviews to safeguard bank interests.
- Identify and escalate potential risk areas promptly to management.
Learning and Development
- Actively participate in FAB s training and professional development programs to enhance product and sales expertise.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and new banking technologies.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and product enhancements.
- Take ownership of personal growth and skill advancement through continuous learning.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments credit, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding.
