Position Overview

The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales department in managing day-to-day operations, client communication, sales documentation, delivery coordination, and reporting. The role ensures smooth execution of sales processes and maintains accurate records to support decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Handle email correspondence with customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to client queries regarding orders, delivery schedules, pricing, and product details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch planning, and customer support.

2. Sales Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including:
  • Sales trends
  • Pending orders
  • Delivery status
  • Payment updates
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales databases, customer records, and contract logs.
  • Support management with analysis and MIS reports as required.

3. Delivery Order & Documentation Management

  • Prepare, manage, and track Delivery Orders (DOs).
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain all sales documentation including customer contracts, agreements, sales orders, and DO records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies for documentation and approvals.

4. Sales Process Support

  • Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Monitor contract validity, renewals, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmations and outstanding documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the polyester fiber, chemical, textile, or manufacturing industry.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command over email drafting and corporate communication.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle documentation, coordination, and follow-ups efficiently.
