Property Shop Investment (PSI), a leading real estate company in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description (Real Estate Sales Operations):

• Support the sales team with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and update CRM systems, property listings, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with agents, finance, and marketing teams for seamless processes
• Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and market updates
• Ensure accuracy of property details, pricing, and availability
• Assist in handling client inquiries and follow-ups when required
• Maintain organized records of sales contracts, forms, and compliance documents

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience specifically in Real Estate Sales Operations
• Arabic Speaker (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and real estate documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
