Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Outreach Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and field-level outreach activities. The role includes meeting potential customers, explaining product/service offerings, developing new connections, and assisting in overall sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet prospective customers and local businesses based on scheduled visits
  • Generate leads through field interactions, local networks, and outreach efforts
  • Provide clear information about products/services in a professional manner
  • Assist in converting interested prospects and contribute to sales objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community contacts
  • Support promotional efforts through distribution of brochures and marketing materials
  • Collect feedback from customers and share useful insights with the team
  • Update visit records, leads, and activity details accurately in the CRM
  • Take part in outreach programs, events, and exhibitions when required
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, field outreach, or marketing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage field travel and work with minimal supervision
  • Consistent follow-up skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
