Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Outreach Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and field-level outreach activities. The role includes meeting potential customers, explaining product/service offerings, developing new connections, and assisting in overall sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers and local businesses based on scheduled visits
- Generate leads through field interactions, local networks, and outreach efforts
- Provide clear information about products/services in a professional manner
- Assist in converting interested prospects and contribute to sales objectives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community contacts
- Support promotional efforts through distribution of brochures and marketing materials
- Collect feedback from customers and share useful insights with the team
- Update visit records, leads, and activity details accurately in the CRM
- Take part in outreach programs, events, and exhibitions when required
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, field outreach, or marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage field travel and work with minimal supervision
- Consistent follow-up skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel as required
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
