Role Summary

We’re hiring sharp, confident Remote Sales Closers to bring in new clients for our U.S.-based dispatch services. You’ll be calling truck/carrier owners, pitching our service, and closing deals — all from home. If you can communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and convince owners why they need us, you’ll thrive here. Top performers can pull in up to 50,000 PKR monthly .


How This Role Supports the Company

Sales is the engine of our growth. Every client you close strengthens our position in the U.S. logistics market and keeps our dispatch team loaded with new carriers to serve. You’ll be the front line of our expansion — your results directly impact revenue and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Call U.S. carriers and introduce our dispatch services
  • Clearly explain the value we offer and why they should sign up
  • Handle objections with confidence and guide leads toward onboarding
  • Maintain strong follow-ups on warm and interested leads
  • Keep detailed records of all calls, leads, and conversions
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth client activation
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently


Qualifications
  • Strong English with a clear, confident speaking tone
  • Experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer support (dispatch experience is a big edge)
  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s preferred
  • Solid convincing skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable facing rejection without losing momentum
  • Understanding of U.S. time zones + basic trucking/dispatch knowledge is a plus
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, dialers, communication tools)
