Position Overview:
AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by generating new business and maintaining existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
