Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to lead and coordinate sales initiatives within our construction and engineering divisions. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects related to construction services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
- Coordinate with project stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams—to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation utilizing tools like Primavera and Civil 3D to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings to accurately scope projects and prepare estimates
- Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and scope adjustments while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Monitor project progress on-site through construction site experience; conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is progressing as planned
- Utilize construction estimating techniques in conjunction with software tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for accurate cost control
- Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, schedules, budgets, and communications for transparency and accountability
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates on project status and addressing any issues proactively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or sales project coordination within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management
- Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Hands-on experience on construction sites; familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and legal considerations in construction projects
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly
- Background in civil engineering or related fields is a plus but not required
- Effective communication skills to liaise confidently across teams and clients

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
