Position Overview
The Sales Representative is a territory-facing role responsible for executing strategic growth plans, acquiring new accounts, and converting surgeons to KIC Ventures’ NANISX™ portfolio of products. This position demands a high level of initiative, relationship-building skills, and consistent execution in the field.
The Sales Representative works closely with the Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage a defined territory plan, build strong surgeon and pain management physician relationships, and ensure seamless case coverage and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan under the guidance of the Territory Sales Manager.
- Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, pain management physicians, and clinical staff through consistent communication, education, and follow-up.
- Organize and support Visiting Educational Training (VET) sessions and in-service programs to drive clinical confidence in NANISX™ solutions.
- Partner with the Business Development Executive to deepen practice engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide reliable case coverage, ensuring professional representation in the operating room and positive surgeon experiences.
- Accurately manage CRM updates, sales reports, and territory tracking to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare-related markets.
- Understanding of spine anatomy, interventional pain procedures, and surgical workflows (preferred).
- Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and provide flexible case coverage support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
