Sales Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills.

**Duties:**

- Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and engage with potential customers, with a focus on software sales.

- Utilize door knocking techniques to provide knowledge to potential customers

- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our roofing solutions.

- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and drive business development.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.

- Utilize Acculynx to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.

- Work closely with the sales management team to set and achieve sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive sales approach.

- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.

- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong business development skills, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

- Experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Pay: $50,385.00 - $120,730.00 per year
