Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Excep. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and passionate about selling creative and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
  • Pitch Excep’s services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track the sales pipeline, maintain CRM reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent Excep at meetings, expos, events, and industry gatherings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0.5–1 year of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, video production, and marketing trends.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and target focus.
  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and lead generation tasks.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, proposals, and sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in selling marketing services or creative solutions.
