Duties

- Manage existing client accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and leveraging CRM software tools such as Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling relevant products or services.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills demonstrated through territory management or sales team leadership roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions when appropriate.
- Strong analysis skills for market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, retail sales, or tele-sales roles.
- Knowledge of marketing principles that support lead generation strategies and brand positioning.
