Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Client Outreach
  • Identify potential clients within target markets across India.
  • Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, personal meetings, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct marketing and sales meetings with turnkey interior contracting firms, interior fit-out firms, architects, designers, MNCs & corporates, developers, etc.
  • Sales Process Execution
  • Implement our sales strategies to expand the customer base in the interior and workspace design sector and related fields.
  • Strive to achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and communicate how our solutions meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze personal sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business development.
  • Minimum one year to maximum three years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in similar industries (e.g., architectural, lighting, flooring, interior fit-out).
  • Basic understanding of the Indian architecture and design market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within India as required.
