Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Client Outreach
- Identify potential clients within target markets across India.
- Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, personal meetings, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct marketing and sales meetings with turnkey interior contracting firms, interior fit-out firms, architects, designers, MNCs & corporates, developers, etc.
- Sales Process Execution
- Implement our sales strategies to expand the customer base in the interior and workspace design sector and related fields.
- Strive to achieve sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Client Relationship Building
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and communicate how our solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Product Knowledge
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze personal sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business development.
- Minimum one year to maximum three years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in similar industries (e.g., architectural, lighting, flooring, interior fit-out).
- Basic understanding of the Indian architecture and design market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within India as required.
