Job Title: Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager – Mix N Fix Construction Chemicals
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 5–8 Years (Mandatory – Building Materials / Construction Chemicals)
About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Professional to grow the Mix N Fix construction chemicals business in Delhi NCR through dealer network development, project sales, and strong market relationships with contractors, applicators, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned products (tile adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, admixtures, plasters, etc.).
- Drive secondary sales through dealers, distributors and project sites.
- Plan and execute beat plans, market coverage and focused product push.
2. Dealer / Distributor Network
- Identify, appoint and develop dealers, distributors and super-stockists in key pockets of Delhi NCR.
- Ensure proper stocking, display, branding and rotation of Mix N Fix products at channel points.
- Conduct regular visits for order booking, schemes explanation and relationship building.
3. Project & Institutional Sales
- Generate business from builders, contractors, PMC/consultants, waterproofing applicators, tile contractors, architects and interior designers.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects (residential, commercial, industrial, infra) and map decision-makers.
- Get Mix N Fix products specified/approved in BOQs and project technical documents.
4. Site Support & Technical Promotion
- Conduct product demos, mock-ups and site trials in coordination with the technical team.
- Train dealer staff, contractors and applicators on correct product usage and application methods.
- Handle basic technical queries at site and escalate complex issues to HO/technical team.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and site activities.
- Submit daily / weekly visit reports, sales forecasts, collection reports and pipeline updates.
- Provide realistic input for production planning, schemes, and new product opportunities.
6. Collections & Commercial Discipline
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and project customers as per company credit policy.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support accounts team in resolving disputes.
7. Branding & Marketing Support
- Execute local level branding: painter meets, contractor meets, applicator meets, site boards, banners, POS materials etc.
- Support marketing campaigns and actively push core SKUs and focus products.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- 5–8 years in construction chemicals / tile adhesives / waterproofing / building materials / paints / cement / related industry in Delhi NCR.
- Proven track record of handling dealer network + project sales.
- Education:
- Graduate (Any discipline); Diploma / B.Tech in Civil preferred.
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong market contacts with dealers, contractors, applicators and site engineers in Delhi NCR.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to read BOQs and understand basic site drawings (preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
- Basic MS Excel / WhatsApp / email proficiency for reporting and coordination.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Number and quality of active dealers / distributors / super-stockists developed.
- Project pipeline generated and converted (value and number).
- On-time collection efficiency and control on overdues.
- Frequency and effectiveness of site demos, trainings, and market activities.
Employment Type
- Full-time, field-intensive role (6 days a week or as per company policy).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
