Sales Representative (Base Salary + Commission)

Pano is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our innovative content creation service for CPG brands. If you're a self-starter with a passion for sales and social media marketing, this is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission while working with a growing digital marketing company.

What You’ll Do:

Outreach

• Complete outreach tasks assigned to you through HubSpot
• Send DMs and emails to leads already in our system
• Make scheduled calls and follow-up calls
• Respond to inbound replies and keep conversations moving forward

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals
• Maintain and update your active pipeline within our system

Tracking & Reporting

• Use our tracking system to log outreach, calls, and conversions
• Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies

Compensation & Incentives:

• $800/month Base Salary
• 7% commission on every subscription sale

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach (email, calls, DMs)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus
