Initial Compensation: This is a commissioned sales position. Compensation includes a competitive base salary variable commission. The commission is uncapped. Current year 1 on-target total compensation ranges from $30,000 to $60,000, following training (paid, at a lesser rate)

Sound Pure, a global leader in high-end recording and musical equipment, seeks a sales-driven individual with a passion for professional audio to join our Pro Audio Division.

This is an on-site, full-time position in downtown Durham, NC.

The Opportunity

Build a sustainable sales career discussing and selling best-in-class recording products: microphones, preamps, monitors, interfaces, and serious analog hardware.

• Initial Focus: Develop deep, technical product knowledge (manufacturers, tonal characteristics, signal paths) during a structured training period.
• Core Role: Proactively utilize consultative sales skills to build strong, long-term relationships with clients worldwide. You are the essential link connecting customers to their ideal gear.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve/Exceed Sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build productive relationships with prospects and customers globally.
• Master product knowledge, sales tools, processes, and systems.
• Apply proactive, consultative phone selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (logging interactions, updating profiles, managing follow-up tasks).
