We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative specialized in the Saudi market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience selling to KSA, understands the culture, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes in the Kingdom, and is highly skilled in phone-based outreach and cold calling.

This role requires someone who can confidently open conversations, build trust quickly, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

Location: Remote/Dubai-Based (Targeting KSA Market)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales outreach to Saudi-based prospects through phone calls, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Generate new leads, qualify them, and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and market dynamics in KSA.
  • Present company services in a clear, persuasive, and value-driven manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to maximize opportunities.
  • Update CRM with all interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to refine offers, messages, and targeting for the Saudi market.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Saudi market (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, communication style, and business etiquette.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and high-volume phone outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to open conversations effectively and convert cold leads into opportunities.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Arabic language required; English is a plus.
  • Event management experience is plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to industries such as telecom, IT services, F&B, real estate, pharmaceuticals, banking, government, or corporate sectors.
  • Prior experience working remotely or in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to overcome objections
